The idea was to provide the opportunity for the In-bounds and Re-bounds to discuss with the Out-bounds and Rotaractors world issues and politics from a non-American perspective.

Rotaract provided the forum and topics. The conversation exploded from there. The format was very informal, with a number of questions prepared to keep the conversation moving forward.

Also in attendance was Dr. Karen Erikson, UAF Political Science Professor.
