What is RARE?

The Aurora Borealis Rotaract Club invites you for a RARE (Rustic Alaskan Rotaract Experience) opportunity.

This international awareness project will feature community service projects, social activities, and wilderness adventure, led by our Rotaract club with a goal of sharing the Alaskan experience with you while giving all of us a chance to learn about each other's cultures.
